Our Mission
Konvinko believes that
every individual or organization can be successful, when they are acting
in alignment with their own identity, the self. Someone’s convictions
about his performance or about the organization are directly related to
the identity.
So, a conviction is not
a conclusion of the mind, but from a less concrete and less definable
nature.
Changing
impeding convictions is a process of self-researching, with a need of
coaching and experiencing
instead
of learning.
The
second phase is focusing on
deploying the market potential.
Do we everything ourselves or are we partnering with other companies?
Reality shows us that partnering reduces the time to market and enlarges
the presence by using each other sales channel.
Here again there is the
condition that partnering is more than just a formal contract, It should
be a deep engagement, based on corresponding convictions.
Finally
a product or service has to be developed for the target market. This is
the concrete phase. For this you need skills. Skills that can be
learned and trained
on the
condition that the goal is aligned with the discovered identity and
convictions.
If the alignment is not
there, it’s all wasted money and wasted energy.
